With graduate degrees in clinical psychology, Karen Jones brings over 30 years of clinical experience to the table. Karen addresses the business of wellness through her motivational and business coaching and public speaking, working with entrepreneurs, business enterprises, and medical practices. She trains internationally on team building and personal growth, is a published researcher, and has co-authored 2 books.


For almost 20 years, Karen was the Director of Psychological Services at the Orange County Center for Special Immunology. She specialized in psycho-neuro-immunology, working with auto-immune and immune compromised patients.

For 17 years, Karen served consecutively as a National Marketing Director, West Coast Regional Director of Sales, and U.S. Director of Representative Development for The Juice Plus+ Company. As a consultant to the company, Karen now facilitates the Brave Leaders Plus+ program based on the pioneering work of Dr. Brenè Brown. Globally, Karen is one of under 500 Dare To Lead™ facilitator/coaches certified by Brenè Brown.

Karen is an award-winning philanthropic leader in California, instrumental in the formative years of AIDS education, and the delivery of healthcare services. She has been honored as South Coast Woman of the Year and was the recipient of the first municipal proclamation awarded to an individual citizen by the city of Laguna Beach for her tireless commitment to public health education.
